We meet for four hours in an expansive space, in locations I handpick. The best coffee, no forced icebreakers, and four hours with women who get it. That’s the proximity piece, and it’s the part no screen can give you.
At the smaller meetups, it’s in-depth masterminding: getting fully seen, helped and working through what’s coming up in your life and your business, together. Meet Katy
I’ve spent twenty years building businesses, leading teams and being the woman everyone relied on. The capable one. The resilient one. The one who always “had it handled”.
Nobody in my family ran a business. For years, the thing I loved most was the thing I could talk about with the fewest people. I’d been in plenty of rooms, some of them very expensive rooms, and I still went home feeling like I was doing it on my own.
Through years of working closely with ambitious women, I noticed something I couldn’t unsee. So many of us are craving exactly the same thing: our people. Real support, honest conversation and somewhere to exhale.
So in January 2026, I made a decision most people around me advised against. I stopped everything else and poured it all into building the Unshakeable Circle: the room I’d spent years looking for. In June 2026, I launched the Unshakeable Circle with a party, with the proceeds going to Smart Works. Fifty-six strangers walked into that room. They left as friends. The doors officially opened on 1 July 2026, and we’ve been growing ever since.
I couldn’t find the village I was looking for. So I built it.

Is this a long-term commitment? Can I cancel?
Nope. Monthly membership runs on a 30-day rolling basis, so you’re never locked in. Fair warning, though: once you’ve found your people, believe me, you won’t want to leave. (If you choose the yearly option, you pay once and get two months free.)
I’m nervous about walking in on my own. Will I actually make friends?
Every woman in the Unshakeable Circle walked into her first room not knowing anyone. That’s exactly the point. You’ll see the same faces month after month, and that’s how strangers become your business besties.
My city isn’t on the list. Is it still for me?
Yes. You can come to as many meetups as you like, in any city, and the calls, the chat and the portal hold you in between, wherever you are. And the Unshakeable Circle is expanding: the more women join, the more cities we open.
Is this group coaching?
No. It’s a community with masterminding built in. You get direct time with me on the calls, but the real power is the women around you thinking with you, not just me coaching at you.
What stage of business do I need to be at?
Members range from women building from scratch to women with a decade of business behind them, across completely different industries. What they share is ambition, and being done with doing it alone.
Are the meetups extra?
No. Every meetup is included in your membership. For retreats and any other ticketed Circle events, members get 25% off.
Can I promote my business inside the Unshakeable Circle?
Not by selling: we have a strict no-selling policy. What you do get is your own directory entry, first-come, first-served guest expert spots to show your craft, and a room full of women who’ll recommend you. The sales come on the back of that anyway.
